At heart I'm a builder and entrepreneur — I take ownership of product, growth, distribution, and engineering across ventures that don't exist yet when I join them. I build in fintech, blockchain and AI. I think in systems, move in details, and build for people I've actually talked to.

Network
Laguna is a consumer rewards and commerce platform that turns everyday spending into cashback through intelligent transaction routing and programmable incentives. Instead of static cashback, Laguna routes transactions across multiple networks to maximise yield, then converts GMV → commission → USDC rewards on-chain. I led product, growth, and distribution end-to-end — building the wallet, affiliate engine, rewards system, and analytics stack, while scaling to 25k users, $4.2M+ GMV, and 100+ merchants.
Laguna evolves into an execution layer for agent-driven commerce — where AI agents transact on behalf of users. In this model, routing and incentives are no longer UX features, but core infrastructure for intent-based transactions.

Agent-native commerce
The shift from click-based to intent-based purchasing. When AI agents do the shopping, the entire affiliate and loyalty stack needs to be rebuilt from scratch. Intent beats clicks.

Incentive systems as growth engines
The best growth loops are built into the product mechanic, not bolted on. Tokenomics, referral design, and loyalty tiers are all the same problem: how do you make the right behaviour the obvious behaviour?

Monetising attention
Email inboxes are flooded, attention is scarce, and the economics of communication are broken. The MailWall thesis: if attention has value, it should be priced — and the person giving it should benefit.
